Lori will review her findings with you, explain your diagnosis, and provide initial self-management strategies, which may include exercises and other supportive techniques.
After your visit, Lori will email you a detailed summary of the session, including clear instructions for any self-management strategies reviewed so you can confidently continue your care at home.
