Inner Potential Physical Therapy offers comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments. This means that all of the services listed on this page are included in physical therapy treatment sessions, at no additional cost. We use a multimodal and whole-person approach for assessment and treatment. Specializing in sports injury rehab, we treat chronic conditions or acute injuries, including strains, sprains, post-surgical care, tendinitis. We treat the entire body, including injuries to the foot, ankle, knee, leg, hip, lower back, upper back, shoulder, neck, elbow, wrist, hand, and fingers.

Dry needling is a technique used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve movement. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into tight areas of muscle to release trigger points, increase blood flow, and support healing. It’s especially helpful for active individuals dealing with muscle tightness, overuse injuries, or persistent pain, and works best alongside movement and strength-based rehab.

Running gait analysis evaluates how you move while running to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, or patterns that may contribute to pain or injury. Using video and movement assessment, we break down your mechanics and provide targeted strategies to improve efficiency, reduce strain, and support long-term performance.

Rock climbing-specific assessments and coaching evaluate how you move on the wall to identify technique inefficiencies, strength deficits, and movement patterns that may contribute to injury or limit performance. Through real-time observation and feedback, we help you refine movement, improve efficiency, and climb with greater confidence and resilience.

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to help reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, and promote tissue recovery. It can be especially helpful for relieving tight areas and supporting the body’s natural healing process when combined with movement-based care.

Taping is a supportive technique used to reduce pain, improve joint stability, and guide movement. By providing gentle external support, it can help offload irritated tissues, enhance body awareness, and support your return to activity.

We offer climbing-specific assessment and management strategies for finger injuries. We work to keep you climbing or get you back to climbing as quickly as possible.
